Toni Morrison and her Princeton, N.J. home at 280 Nassau Street
Nobel and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Toni Morrison put her Princeton, N.J. house on the market for $1.8M, Curbed reported. The home, at 280 Nassau Street, was originally built in 1880 but was recently renovated so that the kitchen and baths are all new. The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom, three-story home sits on about a third of an acre of land and has a large backyard. It's also just a stone's throw away from Princeton University, where Morrison held the chair of the humanities department for 17 years, and its accompanying upscale shops and restaurants. The home is listed by Judson Henderson and Peggy Hughes-Fulmer of Henderson Sotheby's International Realty.
