What’s Happening in Sunset Lakes – Miramar FL

Great News!  Properties are starting to move at a much faster pace.  During the month of September the average days on the market for sold properties was 51 days vs. the average of July and August was 116 days.  This is great news for our sellers.

During September we had 10 properties close ranging in price from $280,000 for an 1,891 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to $435,000 for a 3,579 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. 

At the end of September there were 39 homes for sale throughout Sunset Lakes and 36 pending sales.
