  • Should I list my house now or wait until after the Holidays?

As we approach the Holidays, and before I go any further, let me ask you, "Do you have your shopping done?" Ha, just checking.  Seriously, I have people ask me all the time and I can have two answers for them.

First one is YES!  There are buyers looking all through the year and if they are out in this weather and missing out on Christmas parties, I can assure you they are serious buyers!

The Second answer is NO, WAIT!  Why would I say wait you might ask?  Well it goes back to the habits and customs we have here in Rochester, NY.  We are a family oriented community and the Holidays provide us an opportunity to kick back, slow down, and spend time with our families and freinds.  If you are in this category, then I would say to you, WAIT.  You will be too frustrated by trying to do both.

Hope this helps you decide which is best for you.
