·         45 single family residences sold at an average price of $566,004; selling after an average of 82 days on the market;  average price per square foot is $258.16

·         12 condos sold at an average price of $232,600; selling after an average of 70 days on the market;  average price per square foot is $246.40

·         4 townhouses at an average price of $277,501; selling after an average of 131 days on the market; average price per square foot is $237.99

·         2 stock cooperative selling at a price of $172,000; selling after an average of 189 days on the market; average price per square foot is $194.35
