The Boston Herald hits it right on the head with what weâ€™ve been seeing in this market lately. Lower inventory, more buyers = a booming market. Home prices arenâ€™t the only thing thatâ€™s up, so is homebuyer confidence. That explains why I am working through a very busy summer season which is typically slower.Â
The median sales price for homes in Natick MA for Apr 13 to Jun 13 was $411,000. This represents an increase of 17.4%, or $61,000, compared to the prior quarter and an increase of 14.2% compared to the prior year. The average listing price for Natick homes for sale on Trulia was $617,035 for the week ending Jul 17, which represents an increase of 1.3%, or $7,818, compared to the prior week and an increase of 2.7%, or $16,504, compared to the week ending Jun 26. Average price per square foot for Natick MA was $259, an increase of 11.2% compared to the same period last year.Â
