If you can get funding pre approval from a bank or from a local public funding source such as FHA or H.A.P.I. or South Dakota Rural Development you will be one step ahead of others.

There is an abundance of Homes on the market right now which makes it your market (buyers) the trick is finding just the right one for you and your family before the next guy.. :)

If you have crappy credit, well then, may I suggest a credit counselor you may be very surprised at how quickly they can help you turn things around.
Dont have two years work history? Then Start TODAY to build your history.

If you are feeling blue because you are in debt and have bad credit and no work history I must say go get a hug and start being proactive in your situation . You are worth it! No matter where you start or what you start is not as important as just getting up and STARTing..
