What was your first job in the realty industry?Â Buyerâ€™s agent for primarily investors.
Where did you grow up?Â I grew up in Atlanta, but I was born in Long Beach, California.
What is your favorite free-time activity?Â Watching the Atlanta Aliens (the semi-pro minor league basketball franchise that I own) play.
What do you do to relax when youâ€™re stressed?Â Play golf or compose music.
Growing up, what did you want to be?Â An architect.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?Â Donald Trump. I believe I would learn plenty about real estate marketing, branding and licensing.
Where is your favorite place to hang out?Â Many places in Buckhead; my favorite place may be the Buckhead Club.
What do you love most about the industry?Â I love the opportunity to assist various types of people with finding a real estate solution, and most specifically, being able to create marketing campaigns to sell each individual property.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?Â I create value for my clients and provide them with more tools than necessary to make an informed decision.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?Â Helping people face the reality of the current state of the market.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?Â I literally network everywhere, but I frequent networking events and real estate seminars.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?Â Solving the problems of each one of my clients.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?Â The Wolf of Wall Street.
What is your favorite restaurant?Â Tedâ€™s Montana Grill.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?Â The Sovereign Building in Buckhead Atlanta.

A new mixed-use student housing project will be developed by Ambling University Development Group (AUDG) on an 1.5 acre plot of land in Midtown Atlanta, which was recently acquired by AUDG for $7.8 million. The property will be an extension of 100 Midtown Student Apartments.
