Once listed at $20 million, this mansion once owned by the founder of Conseco will go to the auction block. The list price today is $9.9 million. Not a bad price considering it's 55,000 square-feet, including the main residence, plus four other buildings. One of those buildings is full-court basketball court with a floor that's a replica of Assembly Hall at Indiana University. The "Sports Barn," includes locker rooms, and is said to have hosted some Indiana Pacer practices. The facilities also includes an interterainment area that runs the full length of the floor with a grand fireplace and bar.
