USDA Coverage Change in Chatham County

Alright so time is ticking away on the opportunity to use the USDA Loan Program in West Chatham County. Just a recap the USDA Loan is a 100% loan, with a Mortgage Insurance rate of .4% (vesus FHA 1.25%). There are requirements: the house has to be in an area approved by USDA it was everything west of I-95, however come March 27th ANYTHING in Chatham County west of I-95 is not eligible, and the max income requirement based on family size. 1-4 people $74,750 and 5+ people $98,650.

After March 27th, it will go away for Chatham County but will reamin for Effingham. You still have time to cash in on this great program. We just have to get it thru underwriting and the USDA by the March 27th!
