While the first quarter will dictate how our Real Estate Market will fair out, it is always best to get ready to sell in the first and second quarter for the highest and best sale prices.Â You can prepare yourself by calling your local Real Estate Professional to receive a Comparative Market Analysis (which may be Free to $250) or call an Appraiser ($300-$650).Â
A Comparative Market Analysis may no longer be free with Real Estate Professionals.Â As a real estate professional, I take pride in my work and dedicate time to completing your Market analysis.Â Â I personally would like to sell your home within $10K of my quoted price.Â This is usually my guarantee.Â I will not give youÂ a final list/sale price until you are ready to list with me.Â Of course many homeowners would like their homes to be higher priced.Â ButÂ MY Market Analysis has to come very close toÂ what the Appraiser is going to come in at!Â
