The Luxury Home Sales Market in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale 2013

February 20, 2013 (RSS Newsfeed) – The Luxury Home Sales in North Phoenix:  86% of Home Sales are either in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley Arizona.  Single Family Home Sales $1,000,000 or more are in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, Arcadia, Biltmore, Cave Creek, and Carefree Arizona.
The Scottsdale Housing Market had high sales due to the new projects in Desert Mountain, the Shea Corridor, DC Ranch, Grayhawk, Troon, Pinnacle Peak, and McDowell Mountains.
In the luxury sales market, such as Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, prices continued climbing from 2006 through 2008, with price per square foot increasing.
Towards the end of 2012, the good news was that price per square foot for homes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding Luxury Home Markets, started its upward climb and has continued its upward climbing trend in 2013.
