Cross Fit Training is AMAZING!. Â I have been going to "The Dugout" in Ontario for awhile now and doing the Cross Fit Training Program. Â They have a workout and an eating program that is easy to follow with "real" food to eat.Â
My progress... I lost 27 lbs. and still counting but the best part of all is that it really challenges me. You have coaches that are right there with you during every step of the workout and pushing you when you think you can't go anymore. Â There is also the competitive side that all of us have inside of us (some that is buried within us and needs to be unleashed) where you want to beat your fellow workout partners as well as your own previous times that they keep track of for you so you can track your progress. Â It has really changed the way I look at working out. Â
Also, it is never boring because you have a different workout each day! Â This is a program that you need to come and try. Â You can go for 2-3 classes and see if you like it before joining. Â What have you got to lose??? Lots of inches and pounds! Â Come and see what the new workout is all about.Â
