I posted my listing on trulia several weeks ago right after meeting some of the fantastic team at the ReBar Camp held in Philadelphia.A few days later I recevied a phone call from an interested buyer.We had a very nice chat on the phone. He was not sure if he wanted to rent or buy.He and his wife had just sold their large home.They had decided to down size and wanted to live in the Delaire Landing community he saw my listing on Trulia and wanted to know if I was available to show him some listing.I was available plus I would show him other MLS listings that matched their price range.

Thanks to Trulia I was able to match the buyers with the perfect condo for them.It was not the condo they called on .but people seldom buy the home they call on. I would not have met these nice people and help them choose the right home for them if I had not posted my listing on Trulia.Trulia opened up the discussion,pointed the buyer in the right direction to find the neighborhood expert in the area they were looking for.
