In Hopkinton, Massachusetts, the streets -  Bullmoose Run, Rough Rider Ridge, Roosevelt Lane and Cubs Path make up the subdivision known as Roosevelt Farms. 

This picturesque cul-de-sac neighborhood is popular for its location which is convenient to the MBTA train station, Route 495 and the Mass Pike as well as its proximity to the Hopkinton Country Club.

The 39 homes in this community were built from 1992 to 1997 and range in size from 2200 square feet to 3500 square feet.  Each home is built on a ¾ acre lot.  Many of the lots are wooded and have a fair amount of privacy.  

The homes in Roosevelt Farms were built by Ron Nation, a prominent Hopkinton builder who also built the communities of Ravenwood and Connelly Hill Estates.
