Real estate an exercise in hope
My hubbie has asked me recently why I love real estate so much. He sees all of the paperwork and laws I have to deal with. He sees all of the showings, I do.   And all of the back and forth in the negotiation process. He sees how much I have kept people from going over the edge during this stressful process. So when he asked why? I could see that he was completely dumb founded as to why I love this. He said, “There are easier jobs.â€Â  My answer was, “Well, because it is an exercise in hope.†   I went on to explain that from my point of view there are not many careers where you get to participate is someone’s hope’s and dreams . Whether someone is hoping to sell or hoping to buy. It is all an exercise of hope and requires faith during the process. I just like helping my clients through the hurdles to making their most recent hope and dream come true. I know rose colored lenses… but that is me.
