                Here at Blue Olive Properties we specialize in Parker property management, managing single family homes, townhomes and condos all over Parker.  There are a few events coming up in the community that residents might find interesting or worthwhile. 

                On Saturday February 16th there will be a Pediatric First Aid and CPR course at Mainstreet center from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  This course is designed for anyone who works with children on a regular basis, including babysitters, childcare workers, coaches and parents. Students will leave with the knowledge and confidence to step forward if needed in an emergency. Course includes CPR, rescue breathing and choking management for infants, children and adults. Course is Colorado State Human Services and OSHA approved for childcare and daycare providers.  The cost is $60 for Parker residents and $66 for non-residents.

  • Town Hall Closures/Parker Police Department Christmas Food Drive

                Here at Blue Olive Properties, a Parker property management company, we like to report on the local events happening in the communities we serve.  There are still a few more events to look forward to in December in Parker, CO.

                On Sunday December 23rd there will be a Parker Police Department Christmas Open House and Food Drive.  The Parker Police Department is proud to team up with Santa to feed those in need. Join them on Sunday, Dec. 23 between 3 and 6 p.m. at the PACE Center. Enjoy storytelling time with Santa at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 p.m., write a letter to our troops overseas and help fill backpacks for the Parker Task Force Backpack program.  The event is free.

                Town Hall will be closed on December 24th and December 25th all day for the Christmas holiday.  Town Hall will reopen on Wednesday December 26th.  That Wednesday there will be a Parker Authority for Reinvestment Advisory Committee Meeting from 7:00-9:00pm at Town Hall. 

                On Friday December 21st there will be the last big event of the year at the Parker Fieldhouse with the Winter Youth Skills Camp.  The Nothing But Net Winter Youth Skills Camp takes place on Dec. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs only $60 per player and $50 per sibling. This skill development program sharpens players' dribbling, passing, shooting and offensive moves. Youth can join Nothing But Net's experienced coaches for skill-building on the basketball court during school breaks. Beginners and more advanced players welcomed.  Visit www.ParkerRec.com to register.
