You want to buy a house? Here are some sure ways to know if you are ready or not. Are you ready to buy a house?

1.    Your ringtone is “Make that Move” by Shalamar. READY

2.    Your ringtone is “Rack City” or anything by Ke$ha. NOT READY

3.    You and your significant other have walked around the area where you intend to buy. READY

4.    Your significant other won’t let you see their friends list on Facebook. NOT READY

5.    Your deposit money has been sitting in a real bank account for 60 days. READY

6.    Your uncle promised you he’s going “catch up with you soon” to give you that money he owes you. NOT READY

7.    Your lender has seen your credit report, income, taxes, and deposit money. READY

8.    Your lender gave you a pre-approval letter and asked you to get him the docs “when you can”. NOT READY
