"We have lots of dogs in our neighborhood. St Albans is a great place to walk your dog. There are leash laws but that is to be expected. "

"I’ve lived here going on a year. Safe, clean and no theft in my area. Only fault I see is a $75 service fee every three months for trash and road work. "

"Go through kids candy after trick or treat, don’t leave toys outside, don’t let them go near the road people are maniacs driving around here, don’t let them near dumpsters there are likely drug needles laying around and definitely don’t be walking around at night it’s sketchy"

"Mostly easy..fairly fast travel..work times can get congested..but usually the closer you get to town..same evening hours..not too bad tho. Mid day traffic is not bad at all."

"This neighborhood is amazing, nice neighbors, and great walking distance to stores. Only thing that’s disappointing though, my daughter hated McKinley Middle School. I decided to switch her to Hayes Middle School . She loves it there now! Other than the school issue , it’s a great area to live in!"
