"It’s a booming city. Definitely a collage town. Would not raise children here. The sidewalks are not as accessible in the Evansdale campus compared to downtown."

"There are plenty of dog owners in the neighborhood. I always see people walking their dogs up and down my street. Occasionally there is a noisy one that gets my dogs going, but all in all, First Ward is a very dog friendly neighborhood. "

"I use public transportation. The drivers are always polite and helpful, and the busses are usually very clean. The "executive" end of the boys lines, however, are terrible. Once you learn the routes it's pretty easy and convenient "
