"Cannot speak to this because I work remote. Although highway 395 is within minutes to access. The area can get congested around rush hour and 395 is known to be congested during rush hour. "

"Alexandria West doesn’t have much. Fairlington is just across the street and they have regular, seasonal community events a few blocks up the road. (5ks, July 4th parade, flower sales, cookouts)"
- Kelsey E. A.

"I have a very quick commute but there can be traffic depending on the day. People in the are do not drive very safely in the neighbor even when kids are running around"

"Lots of dogs in the area, being walked all the time, no open space for dogs to run though, and there's no real walking trails very close"

"The area was good but now it is heavily infected with huge mice. If you walk in the evening or night you will see mice in corners. I am scared to even drop trash at night. The situation on my street, Sheffield, is so bad that mice have gotten into dry walls and heat vents and at night you can hear mice crawling and scratching. Management need to do something soon otherwise the area will be unlivable. Mgmt is improving the external image of the apartments with new paints, playground, etc but not doing anything about mice. You can call for tech and they’ll come and leave sticky mouse catchers but the mice in the area are big and are avoiding eating pills or walking on traps. The rent keeps going up but no improvements for the current residents. On top of that, they are adding indoor washer and dryers. No one wants it! Not only will it make the apts even smaller but you will continue to pay the same rent for square space. Horrible! "
