"Orem is working on better public transit in this area so it's not so crazy with speeding cars. The people overall are very kind, though!"

"It is a good mix of older established homes that are now being updated by new move ins. People often remodel or add on just to stay in this neighborhood. It is not an old neighborhood and also not a new subdivision. The shade trees line the road and people go for walks and say hello."

"I work in American Fork and drive there in my car mostly on the freeway. During my drive times the freeway is not too congested, and tragic flows at about 70 mph."

"Never move to village park apartments. I don’t know how this place is still up and running. Doesn’t feel safe at all"
