"The trains in our areas can be really loud throughout all hours of the night. You will always get stuck at a train crossing. We’ve had multiple instances where we’ve been stuck for more than an hour."

"We have a 3 mile walk around our park. For me the dog park is a plus for my goldendoodle. the neighbors around here keep watch over each other and our properties. And I have 5 minute access to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, post office and churches."
