"Ive lived here since 2014. Prices are reasonable but crime rate is high. I do know my downstairs neighbors but only when i see them outside do we speak. "

"This is a good 'family friendly' neighborhood. Many options for schools (i.e.public, charter or academies). Convient to super markets, gas, shopping, cimemas & a major hospital. Nice place to walk. Neighborhood park is maintained and busy on weekends. Resident's civic club dues pay for extra HPD patrols and the 'Citizens on Patrol' program is active. The civic club is proactive on matters requiring action from the city of Houston. "

"Not a safe place to live with children or even adults. The area is riddled with criminals and a nearby housing complex where drug dealing, prostitution, crime and drive by shootings occur on a daily/nightly basis. "
