"In development. Property values are rising. Hopeful future. I don’t think the public transit is convenient, the neighbors are friendly. Great sunsets. Great view of downtown. Nice access to the hike and bike trails."

"Great! Easy to get to midtown/downtown, close to everything, easy to get to my job in Sugarland. Most places can be conveniently reached from fifth ward. Smooth, easy commute. "

"I really don't know seeing that the most dogs in this area don't have owners. and plus we not worried about dog owners we need better things for the children in this area"

"Dangerous area to live in. Very poorly maintained. Although there is always cops, when called and needed they never show up. City of Houston also writes tickets for minor things and doesn’t comply with all other houses. "

"Up and coming neighborhood. Really close to downtown for those that work in the city. Easy access to Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass stadium, and of course Saint Arnold Brewery. New bike paths are being added all the time. "

"We have the new potato close by. Great neighborhood bar that’s also dog and kid friendly. We’ve been a lot of people from the neighborhood. Many young couples are moving here. "
