"114 can be a challenge but for the most part it’s not bad to commute to DFW Airport area. 170 is adding more lights but it’s not a bad Segway to 114. "

"I have lived here for nine years and I love it here! Everyone is very friendly, community oriented and family first! It’s wonderful to see so many kids playing outdoors with neighborhood children. "

"Overall it is a nice area but there are two large trailer parks concealed in the middle of the development. Quite a few of my neighbors have had their cars broken in to at night. I would guess that the crime is coming from these two trailer parks. The association fees are really high at almost $500 dollars a month and there are pages and pages of regulations. Unless you have kids that are going to use the pools frequently you might want to consider another area. "
