"There isn’t any barking issues or dogs that don’t have basic obedience. I feel safe walking my dog at night and also letting my dog play with any dog in the area. Illnesses are not a common occurrence here."

"Brentwood is very large and filled with some very nice neighborhoods. In most places a car is required to live. This area is convenient to live and work with quite a bit within walking distance. "

"A great place to live and raise kids. I have seen the community show no hostility for family’s and their kids. From the development in the area I have seen, I do not see that changing either. When I have kids I will most likely try and get back into the Brentwood area, but since I am single I want to get up more toward Nashville."

"Getting out of Maryland Farms on weekdays is a nightmare, only to have to endure a two lane road called Concord Road. It takes me almost an hour to drive 6 miles to get to home after work ."
