"I lived here 9 years - its true some neighbors aren't so great but overall this area is nice for many differing reasons. We stayed to ourselves and only experienced 1 unfortunate incident. I would have remained there had many of the retired and long time residents not passed or moved away. The area now is mostly populated with families with young ones and teens. The house was well maintained and substantial funds were spent to update and upgrade - a significant financial loss will be incurred upon the sale of this property."
