"I lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and absolutely love it! It is family friendly as well as close to public transportation and lots of eateries and shopping! A quick uber/lyft ride into Center City for a night out or less than hour drive over to NJ for a day at the shore! "

"I don’t know because I am not a dog owner. Dog owners seem to be pretty happy in this neighborhood. They walk their dogs, clean up after them, and respect the neighbors."

"There are lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with lots of activities and farmers markets. There’s a convenient bus line that runs through the neighborhood and East Passyunk is also within walking distance!"
