"A lot of kids are going missing. People don’t clean up outside or cut their grass. The schools in the area are not good and have a lot of issues. There are also a lot of fights at the public schools and lack supplies. "

"The neighborhood is getting worse since they started gentrifying north philly. There’s such a difference between today and 10 years ago. Cars being broken into is more common than anything so just be sure to lock it up and everything else at all times. "
