"A lot of people think that Woodbury doesn't offer much but I tend to disagree. Crime is extremely low, there is a fantastic OGA golf course, the outlet mall is close for shopping, traffic is a breeze, and you can get a lot of house for the money. Easy drive to where ever you want to go. We live in Tukwilla in Woodburn and you can't beat it! Really nice community. "

"Tukwila is a wonderful place for people who want contemporary living without the hassles of a big city. 5 closely knit communities each with their own character. Amenities include a fully furnished club house and private scenic walking trails with HOA maintained ponds."
