"There is a well maintained trail area that runs along the Tualatin River. The trail stretches many miles and you can go from a park area to shopping centers all while being next to the river and amongst forest trees. "

"Private street with 13 2+ acre homes. About half the homes have tennis/sports court and pools. Lots of trees and great landscaping. Close to I-205, yet feels like your miles out in the country."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. It is well kept with pristine landscaping and people who care to keep up their properties. It is the most desirable neighborhood in Tualatin and I’m proud to live here."

"Area is getting more congested but I’m retired now and can plan trips with more latitude. Tualatin’s government has spent our tax monies wisely. Proposed changes to Tualatin/Sherwood Road will help improve the traffic in the main core area. Once this is completed and the I-5 improvements are done traffic should flow at a reasonable pace. If not you may just have to deal with it!"
