"Houses are overpriced. Bethany school district is very small. Great parks. Library. Safe to go for walks. People are friendly. School is amazing. "

"New library, city park, and YMCA. All are within walking distance and located next to each other! Police Station, court, and Utilities across from library & park, making it safe for kids to walk too. Best school system, separate from OKC."

"I’ve lived in Bethany my whole life. I love how quiet and unique it is. It feels very safe and the houses range from small family to some larger homes. We are located close to Lake Overholser and it lovely to walk to and down the lake walking trails. "

"Good and safe neighborhood. I have been living in the Bethany area for two years now and it has been great, stores, supermarkets and main streets really close by."

"The 1 square mile school district, in “old Bethany” is extremely popular. This drives up prices for those homes. The area between Eldon Lyon Park and Ripper park is one of the most pleasant areas to live in with nicely kept, often large properties."
