"This is a very quiet neighborhood most of the time. You might have to caution your kids to be careful crossing or riding bikes in the street because people generally drive to fast up and down the street. "

"It is a quiet friendly place to live. I haven't lived here long enough to know of any events. I do know that this is a family oriented neighborhood. Many neighbors decorate for Christmas and have bbq's in the spring, summer, and early fall."
