"Good quiet neighborhood, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants the 1 subway line and van Cortland Park. The only downside is to avoid having a car at all cost parking is nearly impossible after 7pm and there are no local municipal parking buildings "

"The light bill in this building comes out so high every month it’s insane. 400$ for a light bill during a winter month and 700$ in the summer. Beautiful apartment building but not worth it in my opinion. "

"I see they have a lot of bingo nights in the park. The people are friendly and its mostly quiet. Its just going past University Avenue to get to the shopping area you feel like you came out the suburbs and entered the hood. Other than that the community is clean and quiet. "

"You see people walking their dogs all the time. The dogs and owners seem friendly. There are plenty places to curb your dog in the neighborhood. You just have to pick up after your dog when s/he poops"
