    "The area is generally safe, but would stick inside at night. Subways are safe, but there can be some suspect people down there. There is a brand new play ground in the area and see many children in the area. The area is certainly quieter than other parts of Manhattan. "

There are impoverished neighborhoods here that are being raped by the business because of gentrification. This community it no longer for middle ground people. It’s either your rich or poor. "

    "People who have dogs talk to each other and seem to take good care of their dogs. You usually see the same people walking their dogs often around the same times. People may not like that others may not pick up after their dog or leave the green bags on the floor. There are also not many trash cans around to dispose of dog poop."
