"Dog owners are always walking their dogs. There’s never an issue with dog owners not curbing their dogs. The owners are always very welcoming and let those know if their dogs are tougher around the edges. "

"Freeport has its own police station, village & water. The nautical mile is a great attraction to visitors & locals. It’s a great place to get a nice seafood dinner, walk on the boardwalk or go clubbing with some friends. Also Freeport is home to many different churches for those who wish to express their religious or spiritual freedoms. "

"Schools are full of gangs. The schools perform academically well however. It’s easy for kids to get caught up if they’re not occupied. Source: 23 years old, born and raised in Freeport, now a homeowner. Lived through it all."
