"not super busy foot traffic wise and lots of green space. lots of car traffic however but the green space makes up for it with the Richardson Olmsted complex near by. "

"I have been living in this area for 20 plus years and I love it but some property owners renting to students do not take care of their properties very well and it negatively effects the beauty and sense of safety on my street. thanks "

"This is an up and coming area. Rust Belt Books, Gypsy Parlor and Public Coffee are one block away. The area has had high crime in past, but this is slowly improving. Litter remains a problem, but the neighbors on this street are a close group and it is getting better all the time. "
