"My train station is 15 minutes walk but busses are also an option. However, waiting for the buss can take longer than walking. "

"Sheepshead Bay is a great place to raise a family, depending on what area you are in… It can change from beautiful and well maintained, and then four blocks later it can look like a completely different neighborhood… I would not allow my children out to late at night as there are some bars around the neighborhood and the restaurants people do come from other places to eat there, but the crowd can change quickly. Otherwise most of sheepshead Bay is a great neighborhood. I would visit at night before I actually moved in to that particular home on that particular block."

"Clean and and we'll maintained streets. A lot of parks, stores and places to eat. We have a local small beach. Easy to find parking. No train station near us, but we hang an Express bus that goes to Manhattan."
