"Tons of dogs in the neighborhood, much of it is very near prospect park and mount prospect park which have wonderful off leash hours, always great leashed too. Local business owners are quite friendly and accommodating to dogs as well. "

"Great place to raise a family. There are many parks near by. Brooklyn Central library is near prospect park. And it takes approximately 30 min to travel into the city. "

"Yes because as a mother of 9 it’s so very important to know where you’re living because child molesters need to be known so we teach our children how safe guard against this predators who are dangerous to our community but we can all put them out of our area they shouldn’t have a rights once there Violated our love ones so too me a good mother will always know her environment because of her children to keep them safe from harm and danger this the truth Love is very important look at how the animals to take care of their babies and always protect them from harm and danger so should we as parents thank you !!"

"Annual block party, community meetings to discuss local concerns, farmer’s market at Grand Army Plaza, events at Barclays Center. Atlantic Ave/Flatbush shopping center is a cornerstone of the neighborhood. There are other local community events."
