"4th of July is very lively and friendly over here. Most people come out to together to hang out and enjoy the fireworks. Summer time is probably when you see this community the most active. Everyone’s outside enjoying the pools, walking dogs and jogging. Very peaceful."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 13 years. We are on 5.5 wooded acres with many varieties of birds and wildlife, which we and our neighbors spot and enjoy everyday. It is private and serene but there is easy access to hiking, skiing, Apple picking, grocery, pharmacy and train as well as Beacon, Millbrook, Pawling, Poughkeepsie and the Litchfield County towns. Perfect setting less than 2 hours from New York City."
