"This area is safe for children. And there is a library and dog park within walking distance. The traffic is minimal and drivers are courteous of bicycle riders and pedestrians."

"It has a nice park,library, dog park, and walking/bicycle trail, and very close to Sprouts, Albertson, Dion’s Pizza , within 3-5minutes drive I would say. Neighbors are friendly, and stay on top of their yard maintenance etc. It has also close to I40 and Montano, great school zone !"

"It is the new part of the city. It means new for me. New or restart life. It is pristine, clean. Magnificent view of the Sandias. Bosque School. I like to live for first time in this area, this dar this good. "
