"Sunapee is a beautiful place to live and also to visit, during all four seasons. The mountain is a great spot to ski in the winter. Even the mountain is also a great place to hike up or down even in the summer"

"Nice if youre 55 plus with money. No young parents, people or couples. Not much to do here either unless you can afford to ski. On the plus side, great for rockhounding and fishing. Thats about it though. Otherwise just a bunch of oblivious entitled folks. "
  • Deasy12
"Easy commute, no traffic lights. Great coffee stops in any direction you need to go. Nice people. Close to New London, Lebanon & Concord isn’t a bad commute either. I-89 makes like quick and easy. "
  • Deasy12
"Love being in a small town. Near Mt Sunapee, Lake Sunapee, Colby-Sawyer College and Dartmouth. I have been in the area for 20 years as a resident, and as a summer visitor my whole childhood"
  • Simpymartha
"Beautiful, quaint New England in beautiful Lake Sunapee Harbor. Lake, shops and also a dinner boat. Such a fun place to live. Winter is quiet but it’s only 3 Miles to MT Sunapee for great skiing "

"Sunapee is a robust town with great long term potential. The town keeps up with all of their bridges and roads very well, has a great school system, and the cost of living is still lower than most surrounding towns. Sunapee is a great place to live and to invest. "
