"This area has taken a turn for the worse, not safe, was at one time the area to live to raise a family; not anymore. "

"We just moved into the neighborhood about 6 months ago. It is very low traffic due to the 1 way in and out and the limited number of homes in the neighborhood. Many of the folks are retirees, but there are a surprising number of young families (especially for Natchez, which is primarily a retirement community)."
