"Lots of families, young culture around 30 in age. Kids play in neighborhood together, very friendly. Many cops live in this neighbor hood. Cops sit outside the neighbor hood as well. Car shows come through area. Big lake nearby. "

"I've been in smithville for 3 years. I absolutely love the sense of community and the small town feel. Close to 435 and lots of shopping and food within 15 minutes. "
