"There are a lot of families in their area, well lighted street.great places for families. Quite streets kids are normally playing basketball at several houses. they watch for vehicles and wait for cars to come through. "

"Quiet neighborhood with mostly older folx, lots of dogs, and some younger families with kids too. Not a lot of sidewalks but lots of people still walk. We have been here for 2 years and we really like our neighborhood. "

"Certain areas of Raytown are clean and neighborly. Then there are areas that have a lot of traffic and trash everywhere. I do like Raytown because it is accessible to a lot of popular places."

"Mostly quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The yards are well kept and the houses are well maintained. I've noticed people mostly keep to themselves and there really aren't a lot of disturbances although there is still crime in the area."
