"It’s an older area with charm & character. A lot of the home owners are the original owners of the homes & have never moved. It’s close to lake Needwood, blueberry park, a great school district, close to transportation & I always feel safe here!"

"A very safe neighborhood, lots of dog owners and families with children, very homey area. I grew up here, and I’ve always seen lots of maintenance on the green life in the area. Not much crime ever in Derwood, very small area. "
