"Not a dog place. Mainly fast cars. Not a place to walk dogs. Apartments have dog parks but if you want to walk you would have to go to a park"

"I've lived in the neighborhood for 2 years and I loved every moment of it. The only reason I left was due to compromise with my spouse. The neighbors were friendly, I felt safe walking at night. I would love the opportunity to live there again."

"This location is so perfect. The area is good for families with children, singles, couples and retirees. It's a very nice community mix. It's located near schools, shopping, local produce vendors, B/W parkway,495 and I95, the greenbelt and college pk subway stations, local bus service, the main entrance into DC (route 1), University of MD and so much more. Most of these amenities are in walking distance from my home. I am blessed to have found such a perfect location at a reasonable price, too"
