"you can get to any highway within maryland easily up 210 however the traffic can be extremely heavy so you will learn back roads and neighborhoods to avoid 210. once past it, you can get to northern VA and DC within minutes. "

"It's on conservation land so there are numerous grassy areas for playgrounds and dog walking. There's an open grassy area directly across the home with benches and within walking distance to the Clubhouse and Pool. With quick access to major roadways such as Routes 210 and 495, it is easy to enjoy the area?s many restaurants and shopping centers or commute to DC, southern Maryland and northern Virginia. The Preserve is near both National Harbor and Waldorf, which boast a wide variety of restaurants and unique boutiques. Golf at the nearby Tantallion and Potomac Ridge golf courses, or enjoy kayaking and boating on the Potomac River. Nearby parks include Ft. Washington Park, Piscataway Park and Cosca Park."
