"There is a main road and cars drive very fast on it not a good area to let young children outside unsupervised. I would suggest a fenced in yard. "

"Dog owners would love taking the dogs to the public beach on Seymour Pond. Plus we see many dog owners walking their dogs on the bike path."

"The town Fire chief lives down the street and it’s a good mix of summer and year round residents. Couple houses are neglected but hope that changes "
