"It’s a wonderful community for a family. A beach is on the peninsula, there are plenty of access ways for launching your kayak and small boat, and there’s even a nice clubhouse with pool and tennis court. "

"Summer visitors and people unfamiliar with this roadway tend to drive too fast, even with the posted 25mph speed limit signs. But the sidewalks are nicely curbed, which helps slow traffic down. "

"There are sidewalks, but although the speed limit is 25, people tend to drive much faster. The traffic is not bad in the winter, but picks up a lot in the summer. The street is well lit, however many homes are summer homes, so in the winter many homes are vacant. "

"The Davisville area of E.Falmouth is particularly lovely with tree lined streets, New England styled homes, close to ocean beaches, boat launches, the harbor, the ferry to MV, active downtown with many stores and restaurants."
